DIAL A QS is an independent consultancy practice providing construction management, estimating and quantity surveying services to the property and construction industry.
We have over 25 years experience in managing design & build projects across various sectors of the industry.
DIAL A QS is supported by a network of regular freelance quantity surveyors, project managers and estimators
We specialise in the commercial aspects of construction management such as cost planning & estimating, procurement & tenders, contracts, valuations & cost control, change & risk management, dispute resolution and negotiation of final accounts.
DIAL A QS also advise on health & safety, CDM regulations, construction site planning, programme & sequencing and we manage architects & engineers in the the production of design & technical information.
We have expertise across the full spectrum of construction activities from demolition, diversions, earthworks and civil engineering infrastructure to piling, complex foundations, various structural frames, brickwork, roofing, cladding & windows, all the way to fit out & finishes trades including specialist M&E and renewable technologies.
We offer our services to a diverse range of clients; from long established property developers and principal or main contractors to small and medium enterprises, subcontractors, material suppliers and manufacturers through to housing associations, private landlords and estate agents. DIAL A QS are experienced in retail; healthcare, industrial, high rise residential, housing, schools, office and municipal infrastructure projects. We also offer our services to firms operating within the independent or chain retail and restaurant sectors.
DIAL A QS are available at any stage of your construction project. We offer flexible arrangements to suit your time, location and budget requirements. DIAL A QS can be engaged on either competitive hourly or daily rates or we can undertake assignments on a fixed price contract basis.
